a força processes personal data that you provide to us yourself, because you use our services or because you supply it to us directly.
Below is an overview of the personal data we process:
- First and last name
- Email address
- Telephone number
- Data about your health (only where relevant to the coaching and with your explicit consent)
- Other personal data that you actively provide through correspondence or intake
Special categories of personal data
In some cases a força processes special categories of personal data, namely data concerning health. This happens solely with your explicit consent and only insofar as necessary for the coaching. This data is not shared with third parties without your consent.
For what purpose do we process your data?

- Performing a coaching agreement or training programme
- Sending information about our services (only with consent)
- Handling payments
- Keeping our records
- Meeting legal obligations

We process your personal data on the basis of:
- Performance of a contract
- Your consent (for special categories of data and the newsletter)
- Legal obligation (records and taxation)
How long do we keep your data?
a força does not keep your personal data longer than necessary:
- Client files: 2 years after the end of the programme
- Financial records: 7 years (statutory retention period)
- Complaints: 2 years
Sharing with third parties
a força does not sell your data to third parties. We provide data to third parties only where this is necessary for the delivery of our service or to comply with a legal obligation. With parties that process your data on our instructions, we conclude a data processing agreement.
Cookies
This website places no cookies of its own and uses no visitor statistics. Only YouTube and Calendly can place cookies, and only after you click them yourself. More about this in our cookie statement.
Accessing, correcting or deleting data
You have the right to access, correct or have your personal data deleted. You can send a request to info@a-forca.com. We respond within 30 days.
