All of a força's rates on one page: individual programmes from €600, team days from €2,000 and the Train-the-Trainer from €1,295. The introductory call is free and without obligation. Everything to do with horses sits at the pricier end, so this page also says what you can do if it doesn't fit.
What does individual coaching cost?
Horse-assisted coaching at a força is for people for whom talking isn't enough. Trauma, PTSD, burnout, the effects of long-term masking. The body is the key, not the diagnosis.
An introductory call is always free and without obligation. Book one easily through my online calendar.
Payment in instalments can be discussed. Companies and organisations: all prices on request (excl. VAT).

Everything to do with horses sits at the pricier end. Would you like to do a programme but find it too expensive?
Then ask yourself these questions: what is it worth to you to live your life with more calm and balance? What would you give to really understand why you keep running into the same obstacles?
You can also ask your employer whether they can help with the cost of the coaching sessions. Many employers are willing to contribute.
Have you been made redundant, or will you be soon? Then the Dutch transition payment is intended for training or coaching to help you find a new job.

Team days with horses make visible what meetings don't show. Psychological safety, leadership, collaboration and neuro-inclusion.
Team day (half day)
Up to 8 participants, 3.5 hours, price includes preparation and a debrief with the client.

Up to 8 participants, 6 hours, price includes lunch, preparation and a written report.

Introduction day
A day getting to know the three-axes methodology of a força. For professionals and interested people who want to experience what horse-assisted work does.

Train-the-Trainer
For coaches, therapists and psychologists who want to integrate body-based methods into their practice. Built on the three-axes framework: nervous-system regulation, relational contact and vertical orientation. CRKBO-registered.
TTT in person
The full programme. Theory, practice with horses, peer supervision and certification. 8 days.

TTT hybrid
Video modules + live practice days with the horses. Learn the theory flexibly and schedule the stable days across 4 months.

TTT online
Track 2, without horses. The same methodology, the same certification, with the body itself as the channel. Online, 4 months.

All TTT prices exclude VAT. The introduction day is deducted on enrolment for the full programme.
Practical information
Payment: Invoice after the session or before the start of the programme. Payment in instalments can be discussed.
Cancellation: Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the session. Within 48 hours, 50% is charged. At 24 hours or a no-show, the full amount is invoiced.
Locations: The Hague and Leiden (Netherlands). From spring 2027 also in Tomar, Portugal.
Languages: Dutch, English and French. Portuguese from 2027.

What does horse-assisted coaching cost?
A single session costs €200. Programmes of 4 or 8 sessions work out cheaper. The introductory call is free.
Is horse-assisted coaching reimbursed?
That depends on your situation. Employers can sometimes fund a programme from the HR budget for sustainable employability. If you have a personal budget (PGB) through your municipality, they may cover a programme (in part). Do you receive a benefit through the UWV and want to know whether a programme can be reimbursed? Get in touch and I will look at the options with you.
Where do the sessions take place?
a força has several locations.
The office is at Goudenregenstraat 170 – unit 3 in The Hague.
There are two stables:
- Poeldijkseweg 47 in The Hague
- Vlietweg 82 in Leiden
Depending on how easily you can reach each location, we can schedule the sessions with the horses at whichever suits you best.
From spring 2027 also in Tomar, Portugal.
Do the prices include VAT?
Prices for private individuals include VAT. Prices for companies and organisations exclude VAT. TTT prices exclude VAT.
