Programmes for sustainable employability for employees
Research has shown that only a third of employers have a good policy for sustainable employability.
Since 2023, the Ministry of Social Affairs and Employment has made the subsidy for Sustainable Employability for Employees available to companies. In doing so, the Ministry has set in motion a movement to help the Dutch workforce develop activities that improve the sustainable employability of employees.
